Refund & Exchange policy

At iCOSS Technology Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We provide a clear and transparent Refund and Exchange process for both services and products.

1. Refund Policy
A. Services (5 Days Refund Window)

You may request a refund within 5 days of purchasing any service.

Refund is applicable if:

The service was not delivered as committed

Significant issues occurred from our side

The work has not been utilized beyond 50%

Non-Refundable Services:

Fully completed services

Services already consumed significantly

Third-party fees or subscriptions

Refund amount will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

B. Products (10 Days Refund Window)

Products are eligible for refund within 10 days of delivery.

Refund is applicable if:

Product is unused

Product is in original packaging

Product is not damaged or altered

All accessories & invoice are available

Non-Refundable Products:

Used or tampered items

Physical damage caused after delivery

Missing packaging or accessories

Refund is initiated after we receive and inspect the product.

2. Exchange Policy
A. Product Exchange (10 Days)

Products can be exchanged within 10 days ONLY in cases of:

Wrong product delivered

Defective or faulty item received

Missing components

Size/variant issue (if applicable)

Exchange Conditions:

Product must be unused

Original box, invoice, and tags must be intact

Exchange is subject to availability of stock

If the item is out of stock, we will issue:

Replacement with a similar item OR

Refund as per policy

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Processing Time

Refund (after approval): 7–10 working days

Exchange (after approval): 3–7 working days

Refund will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase.

5. Important Notes

We reserve the right to accept or reject refund/exchange requests depending on inspection and policy guidelines.

Policies may vary for special, custom, or heavily discounted items.
