We will accept for return or exchange only new (not refurbished) or defective merchandise purchased at the our store within the Return Period of 5 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order, in accordance with the provisions and time frames for return as set out below. All merchandise returned to iCOSS Technology must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product (such as manuals, cables, etc.) and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be eligible for return or exchange. Opened merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. In the event that returned merchandise ordered has items missing, the return may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, your original shipping cost will be refunded if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Time Frame and Shipping Instructions For Returns/Exchanges All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. To return or exchange defective or unopened merchandise, You must (a) request and obtain an RMA number within 5 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order and (b) return the merchandise to iCOSS Technology within the Return Period of 5 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order. iCOSS Technology address can be found on iCOSS Technology website https://www.icosstech.com/. To receive an RMA number for returns or exchanges, please contact our Shop Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend that You ship the merchandise You are returning via courier or other delivery service that provides tracking information and insurance, since iCOSS Technology Inc. will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to iCOSS Technology Inc. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after the Return Period.
